West Springfield Youth Soccer Club
SUMMER IS HERE! The West Springfield Youth Soccer Club (WSYSC) fielded 14 teams in the PVJSL league this past Spring of 2010. WSYSC had teams at age brackets starting at U8 for boys and girls, extending thru U14, including two for Girls U10. We had 16 teams compete this past fall of 2009.
SPRING 3 v 3 "FUN MATCH" WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!!: We held our own 3 v 3 "Fun Match" outdoors at Westfield State turf field on April 3rd from 9 AM to 1 PM. Approximately 100 or so players attended, and with fantastic weather it turned out to be a fabulous day!
THE CLUB
WSYSC participates in the Pioneer Valley Junior Soccer League (PVJSL) offering competitive soccer for the youth of West Springfield, Massachusetts. The club strives to provide to each member: A place to learn the value of sportsmanship and teamwork; A supportive, learning atmosphere with excellent coaches; and An opportunity to play competitive soccer against other towns in the Pioneer Valley area. This is to be accomplished through organized soccer play and programs designed to provide both a fun and challenging atmosphere
